Dumbbells in comparison are probably more familiar to most people and are great for isolating muscles. Dumbbell weights range from as little as 2 pounds up to 75 pounds, some are much heavier but they are much rarer. They are fantastically flexible and can be used to train probably every muscle group in your body. A worthy addition to your home gym. You can use your dumbbells for exercises such as:

  • bicep curls,
  • lateral raises,
  • chest press,
  • shoulder press,
  • goblet squats,
  • tricep presses,
  • chest flys and many more.
