Yoga mat
An absolute must have for practicing yoga, pretty much all techniques will benefit from using a mat. These mats will make your yoga experience more safe and comfortable, hopefully keeping you involved in yoga and staying fit.
Yoga bolster
Bolsters are great tool for relaxing and stretching wile doing your yoga. They can also be used in place of a block when your flexibility is lacking for a certain position.
Yoga block
These blocks are great for beginners who don’t quite have the flexibility to get into some position. They are also good for intermediate yoga practicers who are working on the flexibility for more advanced techniques.
Resistance bands
These bands are great for adding some difficulty to some of your yoga moves. They also come in color coded strength grades. This allows you to easily track your progress when working on a technique.
